About Us:
Theatre Workout was founded in March 2006 by professional actor Adam Milford. Adam has devoted himself to developing Theatre Workout to become the number one producer of educational theatre in the West-End, which now caters for over 2000 students a year.
Central to Theatre Workout’s success is its ability to make all workshops bespoke to a clients specifications. We have used our extensive knowledge of theatre to develop a wide range of versatile and experiential programmes which seek to include the whole group. We don't lecture, we don't work in a normal classroom format, and we don't go on about our time 'treading the boards'!
We do get you on your feet to learning by doing, as theatre is something you have to take part in to be able to understand and appreciate how valuable it can be. We make you work, think and act in new ways, encouraging you to learn new communication and interaction skills, instill confidence and better access your creativity and imagination.
Our workshop leaders are all trained and professional actors, each with their own unique approach and skill-set. Our collective knowledge and experience allows us to provide our clients with a unique, exciting and educational experience which will engage and inspire you to take action and adopt our practices in your own life, whether that be school, college or in the workplace.
