Welcome to the 1960s! Its 1962 – the 1950s are out and change is in the air. Tracy Turnblad, a big girl with big hair and an even bigger heart, has only one passion – to dance. She wins a spot on the local TV dance programme and, overnight, is transformed from outsider to irrepressible teen celebrity.
The Hairspray workshop, fully endorsed by Stage Entertainment, is a musical theatre workshop using acting, singing and dance to explore the characters, social themes and music from this fantastic show!
